OK, who has stolen yesterdays puzzle ? It is not in the archive, and I was looking forward to the belated challenge. |

I had been using 'archive' on a daily basis - I live in Central time zone, USA, and at 6pm, the next day's puzzle would list in 'archive', after I reloaded the page. I enjoyed doing the next day's puzzle the evening before its date. It always made me feel one up on the day! I've been missing it very much the last few days.
Also, the increased difficulty of the puzzles has me going back to recent, unfinished ones. I am glad that several visitors are delighted with the difficulty change, but it has been a bit of a sad change for me. Perhaps there could still be a "grandma" version, as well - a bit more simple as it used to be. I AM a grandma.
Sorry for my lengthy comments. I am quite sure I am in a minority with my feelings. I use the puzzles to sweep simple, cerebral cobwebs, not for extremely difficult challenge. This is a very impressive website and I am in awe of the patient geniuses who develop and maintain it and politely respond to us frustrated posters. Thank you. |

You wrote that on the 23rd; the same comment can be made today, the 24th. |

Answered elsewhere also. To make a short story shorter: holiday ... breakage ... back ... fixed :)
