If you didn't spot the AIC, or are averse to chains, a pair of traditional VH XY-Wings will solve this puzzle. The first one unlocks the second one.

First XY-Wing is 12-3 pivoted in r6c9 with pincers at r6c1 and r7c9. Thus, r7c1<>3. This elimination, along with a quick rinse, takes the puzzle to the next stage here:
