				Also a four step solution.........

 	  | Quote: | w-wing 13 r2c8 & r3c1 and grouped SL1 in r7c158: (1)r7c5 - r123c5 = (1)r3c6 - (1=3)r3c1; r2c2, r3c8<>3

x-wing 8 r49c16; r4c235, r9c234<>8

xy-wing 16-7 with vertex 16 in r9c3; r6c4<>7

ANP(18=3)r1c3|r2c2 - r1c45 = (3-7)r3c5 = r3c6 - (7=8)r4c6 - (8=6)r4c1 - (6=3)r4c3; r1c3<>3 |

				| This was a long slog, seven-stepper for me. Started with an extremely rare (for me) Jellyfish on 8, followed by five more common moves and ending with a 68 UR which set up a pincer situation. |
