After swordfish (3)
and x-wing(2) (which is not necessary, I think),
a generalized m-wing (3) r4c3=r8c2 (via 7 in row 7,box 1) )here:

I believe your gM-Wing relies on <9> in r7. However, this, for me, is another case of a disguised ("mustachioed") XY-Wing.
To avoid the XY-Wing altogether, I was only able to find this AIC, via Medusa multi-coloring:
(4=3)r1c9 - (3)r1c5=(3-8)r3c4=(8-2)r6c4=(2)r6c3 - (2=4)r2c3; r1c23|r2c9<>4 |

It should be me apologizing to you 
I thought you were complaining that the puzzle was too difficult and that it should not have been presented. I didn't realize that you'd taken the more difficult route of a No puzzle on purpose. That's why I showed the alternate solution. Sorry for my misunderstanding!

I should have informed the forum that not all of the VH puzzles could be solved as No puzzles. Back when I was submitting puzzles from Set A as No puzzles, I was manually selecting only those puzzles that I knew could be solved without relying on chains any more complex than W-Wing and M-Wing. |

Leaving still a (different) XY-wing as the path to the solution 
I thought "AA" should be : "Acceptable to Asellus". Maybe it really means, this is driving me to drink. (Which is not a problem. I have a fine Cabernet.)
