I found two advanced moves to resolve it. any one step moves? i didn't see any handy w-wings or m-wings in this one

and here is the vanhegan extreme today which isn't as extreme as it can be, in fact all his puzzles today were short and sweet for some reason.

				Two advanced moves:

UR (14) gives r9c2=1, and

xy-wing (37-17-13) solves r3c9=9.

Neither of them is sufficient on its own. Couldn't find a nice xy-chain either.

Coloring removes 5 from r5c1 but doesn't help the solution at all.

This is the position after basics:

				I couldn't find anything less than the XY Wing and UR for the first puzzle.

However, that Vanhagen extreme is a one-step puzzle (for those on the move!). |

				I used the 39 UR* in R17C56 to solve the extreme, either R1C5=5 or R7C56=1 to avoid the <39>DP,in both options they eliminate <1> in R1C2 and R5C3

R1C5=(5)  => R3C456=469 => R3C3=(1)(a)

R7C56=|1| => R7C1=|7| => R1C2=|7| => R6C2=|6| => R5C2=|1|(b)

| 8          4       5    | 1         7        2    | 9          6        3   |

| 2          3    a (1)9  | 4-(5)9    4-(5)69  469  | 8          7        15  |

				<1> eliminations were also key to my one-step solution. But, I did it differently.

There is a "useless" XYZ Wing in r17c1 and r3c3. The <1> in r3c3 can be transported to r5c2, eliminating <1> from r45c1. |

				| The simple way is to use the w-wing 17. |
