Hello all,
My stating this should not be a "spoiler"; an early XYZ-Wing, which leaves basically Brute Force......BUT....a Finned XY-Wing does solve it, albeit without proving the puzzle's uniqueness through logic. Interested in reading what others come up with....

4R7C2-(4=6)R7C7-(6=8)R9C9-8R2C9;
9R7C2-9R3C2=(9-8)R3C3=8R2C13-8R2C9=>-8R2C9=>R2C9=3=>solution
