XY-Wing 18 19 89 pivoted in r3c9 gives the solution by removing 8 in r8c8.

A Sasmi X wing (some prefer to call it a skyscraper) on 1s between row 3 and row 8 eliminates 1 in r2c5, r7c4 and r9c4. This cracks the puzzle wide open.
