XY-Wing -<25>-<45>-<24> eliminating 2 in r2c7 solves the puzzle.

Alternatively, the same elimination can be made via a W-Wing on 45 in boxes 23.

I have to recommend Keith's "Free Press Thurs Dec 121009" in Other Puzzles. It's a Classic one-stepper. So hard to see through the initial clutter.
