I used the 24 UR* in R23C25, notice that the 24 UR contains an x-wing on <2>, so the <4>'s in R23C2 can be eliminated (otherwise we have a 24 DP), which

solves the puzzle.
Code:
+-------------------------+-------------------------+-------------------------+
| 1789     1378      389  | 136        678    1378  | 2         4         5   |
| 14     * 123-4     5    | 13       * 24     9     | 6         7         8   |
| 6      * 2-478     48   | 78       * 24     5     | 3         9         1   |
+-------------------------+-------------------------+-------------------------+
| 158      138       2    | 9          15     6     | 7         38        4   |
| 49       6         49   | 78         3      78    | 5         1         2   |
| 157      17        38   | 2          15     4     | 9         368       36  |
+-------------------------+-------------------------+-------------------------+
| 3        48        6    | 5          9      18    | 14        2         7   |
| 2        9         1    | 4          67     37    | 8         5         36  |
| 48       5         7    | 136        68     2     | 14        36        9   |

Another one step solution is the w-wing on <48> with pincers at r3c3 and r9c1, and a strong link on <4> in r5. The <8> at r9c1 is transported to r5c4 via r7c2 => r7c6 => r5c6 which deletes the <8> at r3c4.

a and b are a W-wing with strong link @. Coloring bcd, you can eliminate <1> in three cells as shown, solving the puzzle.

In the above there are also two UR's and a swordfish on <3>.

There is a m-wing: (1)r2c1=r9c4 via (4):r9c1=r9c7.
It immediately removes 1 from r2c4, which also solves the puzzle.
