Finned X-wings on <7>: ("true" means "<7>")

Look at C17. Either the X-wing is true, or R6C1 is true. Either way, R4C3 is not true.

Look at R48. Either the X-wing is true, or R4C3 is true. Either way, R6C1 is not true.
